Staff DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Work with other Engineering teams to design sustainable infrastructure, microservice solutions, and
• Automate tools and infrastructure to reduce manual work.
• Monitor applications and participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Own the design and specification of infrastructure initiatives, break them down into executable
• Lead projects that span multiple engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of production experience with Kubernetes (operate 24x7 production, understand
• Experience with public cloud: GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure; understand risks/benefits
• Ability to read and understand Python/Go code, review AI-generated code for correctness/security
• Design and specification: turn loosely defined problems into designs; write design proposals
• Cross-team leadership: lead projects spanning multiple teams, coordinate engineers not reporting to
• Independent delivery: drive maintenance/project tasks to completion on your own, understand and
