Staff DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain scalable, reliable, secure, and developer-friendly systems and
• Develop software and systems to enhance the overall developer experience.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify and implement solutions that improve product
• Collaborate closely with the Security team to ensure system security and adherence to regulatory
• Lead complex technical initiatives and drive organizational improvements across various teams.
• Provide mentorship to DevOps and Software Engineers through design reviews and technical guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering
• Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including the architecture
• DevOps Practices: Proven experience with observability, automation, performance engineering in
• Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for deploying and
• Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with Crossplane and Terraform for managing infrastructure
• Monitoring: Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
