Staff Electrical Engineer Multiport NPD

📋 Description

• Collaborate in a cross-functional team to develop requirements and specifications for new designs.
• Implement detailed designs in schematic form and see design through layout.
• Collaborate with Firmware and Software engineering to bring-up designs and test functionality.
• Solicit feedback and implement iterative improvements on designs based on DFM/DFA/DFT
• Develop and execute test protocols and verify designs meet requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with NPI and other engineering functions to transition designs into production.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 years of board design experience (or 10 years with Master’s and 7 years with PhD)
• Mixed signal board level PCA/PCB design.
• Experience implementing mechatronics circuits or other motor control.
• Familiarity with designing point of load power regulation and switched mode power supplies
• Ability to lead departmental and cross-functional projects and teams.
• Proven debug skills.
