Staff Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and solve some of the most challenging technical problems, proactively identifying gaps and
• Design, develop, and evolve core technical patterns that guide software development across products
• Write high-quality production code, prototypes, reference implementations, and reusable components.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance through pair programming, architecture and design reviews, and
• Lead the design and implementation of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, API
• Partner with data and AI teams to integrate applications with data pipelines, analytics platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience as a hands-on Staff-level engineer working with distributed systems at scale.
• Strong background in cloud-native engineering, with experience in AWS and/or Azure preferred.
• Solid expertise in microservices architecture and SaaS development patterns.
• Experience building or supporting data and AI workloads, including integrations with machine
• Demonstrated ability to design robust technical solutions and translate complex engineering
• Strong software development skills and the ability to remain actively involved in coding and
