Own the architecture and technical direction for agentic commerce in APAC, end to end — from early design through production and adoption.
Be the prime mover on large, ambiguous projects: break the problem down for parallel work, make fast product and architecture calls, and clear the blockers that would otherwise stall the team.
Operate with high autonomy across time zones. Make sound decisions independently, and know when and how to escalate.
Work directly with strategic users. Drive high-stakes conversations, understand what they need, and translate it into systems we can build.
Write crisp technical documents — proposals, design docs, decision records — that let people in other time zones align and act without a live meeting.
Represent Stripe in person with senior users and partners, explaining hard technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
