Staff Engineer - Automations and Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own architecture and strategy for internal automation systems (HRIS, Okta, Salesforce).
• Architect and manage cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure) incl. compute, networking.
• Design and automate onboarding/offboarding workflows and access provisioning.
• Own AI tooling lifecycle (Vercel, Supabase, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Ensure proper access controls, least-privilege, and audit readiness.
• Establish CI/CD standards for reliable automation systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Experience building AI-powered systems with reliability, cost, and governance.
• Strong experience with Workato or similar IPaaS, MacOS, and Okta/IDP platforms.
• Clear architectural thinking and ability to drive complex systems.
• Experience managing SaaS ecosystems and identity lifecycle.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
