📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership across critical domains, owning design of large-scale systems within our global financial platform.
• Set architectural direction by leading system design and high-leverage decisions across teams.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate business outcomes into scalable, resilient solutions, influencing roadmaps.
• Operate across the full system lifecycle from discovery to production, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Define engineering standards, guide design reviews, and mentor senior engineers to multiply impact.
• Identify systemic risks and cross-team dependencies, driving initiatives to improve velocity and resilience at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong CS foundation with evidence of continuous learning.
• Experience in fintech or financial services.
• Extensive experience building and operating production systems at scale.
• Deep CS concepts: data structures, algorithms, system design, trade-offs.
• Proven ability to design, write, and evolve high-quality software in modern languages.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to decompose ambiguity and drive outcomes.
