• 10+ years in data engineering or data architecture, at Staff scope.
• Set direction for more than one team, still hands on.
• Pick your own problems, drive them to done without being told.
• Designed shared data models, data contracts or semantic layers.
• Changed what other teams built without authority, using data, prototypes and trust.
• Explain hard ideas in plain words to engineers, finance people and executives.
