Staff Engineer, Deployment Platform

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of large infra projects, from design to production.
• Architect next-gen deployment platform: multi-service autodeploy, Kubernetes primitives.
• Extend deploy anomaly detection to earlier traffic stages and add self-service onboarding.
• Lead host-to-container fleet migration while keeping the production system running.
• Own reliability and operational excellence for the deployment platform.
• Build deployment event infrastructure and define contracts for observability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous infra projects end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and deployment orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container-based deployments.
• Strong background in service reliability and operational excellence.
• Track record of broad technical impact across multiple large systems.
