Scale the integrations domain to multi-region, multi-provider scale
Own production readiness and quality bar across the integration stack

🎯 Requirements

8+ years backend engineering in Go, Java, or Kotlin
Strong background in microservices, APIs, and integration patterns
Direct experience in payments/fintech or PCI-regulated systems
Deep PostgreSQL and relational database expertise
Experience defining technical standards or platform abstractions
Secure SDLC experience (OWASP, PCI-DSS) and AI-assisted tools
