📋 Description

• Set technical direction for shared AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, balancing reliability
• Lead substantial initiatives from design through rollout and operation, coordinating dependencies
• Evolve Kubernetes clusters, cloud networking, identity, and infrastructure provisioning to support
• Build reusable Terraform patterns and self-service tooling that help teams provision infrastructure
• Improve deployment and operational practices, including GitOps, observability, capacity planning
• Use production signals and developer feedback to find platform friction, choose where to invest and

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience building and operating Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure in production. Familiarity
• Strong software engineering skills: you use Go, Python or a similar language to build maintainable
• Experience with infrastructure as code (we use Terraform) and with designing systems that other
• A track record of leading complex technical work across teams, including architectural decisions
• Strong judgment on trade-offs in distributed systems, networking, security, reliability, and cloud
