Staff Engineer - Feegow (100% Remote within Brazil)

📋 Description

• Lead and drive technical initiatives that impact area-level directions (~5 teams).
• Actively partner with your Engineering Manager / Tech lead counterparts and engineering teams, as
• Provide accountability for all the technical initiatives led.
• Act as a point of reference for our Engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching inside the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical background related to the whole SDLC principles and practices (Agile/CD, Lean, SRE
• Lean, proactive, and positive mindset, balancing impact and long-term sustainable development
• Strong experience in backend development with a holistic understanding of full-stack systems
• Experience in cross-team initiative and creating buy-in for technical initiatives
• Belief in continuous learning and improvement
