Staff Engineer, Full Stack (Trust, Safety & Risk)

📋 Description

• Build real-time risk controls and decisioning systems for products such as ACH, debit cards
• Develop signals, models, and product interventions that identify malicious wallets, transactions
• Build scalable KYC, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, case management, and audit systems.
• Create pipelines and tools that combine on-chain activity, product data, and third-party signals
• Partner with product and engineering teams to design safeguards into new features from the
• Build internal tools that help Risk, Compliance, Support, and Security teams investigate incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical
• 8+ years of full-time software engineering experience
• Experience designing and operating reliable, data-intensive production systems
• Strong product judgment and the ability to balance user experience, financial risk, and operational
• Ability to work across frontend, backend, APIs, data pipelines, and third-party integrations
• Demonstrated interest in protecting users and building trustworthy financial products
