🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Software Eng, or related field.
• 7+ years of production-grade software experience.
• Fintech or financial services experience.
• Proficiency in CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
• Desirable: IAM and FGAC experience.
• Desirable: Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Desirable: Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and centralized auth patterns.
