🎯 Requirements

10+ years in software quality engineering, focus on distributed systems or infrastructure platforms.
Automation: Python, Bash; CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, etc.).
Distributed concurrency, I/O stack, storage performance (NVMe/SPDK), networking, observability.
Large-scale performance testing, stress testing, reliability validation; strong debug skills.
ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.
