Staff Engineer (.Net)

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership on cross-team initiatives
• Make fundamental architectural decisions and communicate tradeoffs
• Own long-term architectural direction balancing maintainability, performance, and security
• Identify critical technical problems and lead durable solutions
• Lead major incidents and drive observability, resiliency, and risk reduction
• Influence standards across teams to align strategy with customer impact

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building and operating production systems in .NET Core
• 5+ years with Azure App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Azure SQL
• Design solutions using Domain-Driven Design across apps
• Build event-driven distributed systems with APIs and messaging
• Proficiency with GitHub/Bitbucket and modern source control workflows
• Strong automated testing and CI/CD practices in production
