📋 Description

  • Own complete vehicle hardware integration with base platform and ICDs.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment on vehicle platform requirements and design.
  • Manage master integration schedule against design milestones, build events, and gate assessments.
  • Oversee docs, specs, and data exchanges; track cost, timing, scope.
  • Partner on platform testing and certification plans; track testing schedules.
  • Lead program reviews, gate assessments, and risk mitigation for timelines.
  • Provide data-driven status updates to leadership on maturity and progress.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in automotive hardware design, release engineering, or vehicle integration.
  • Experience with OEMs or large-scale platform integrations as Tier 1 partner.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering activities and milestones.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Eng.
  • Deep understanding of vehicle architectures and CAN-FD/Automotive Ethernet.
  • Knowledge of DVP&R, DFMEA, PFMEA and validation processes.
  • CAD NX/CATIA; PLM Polarion and release workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 26262 and functional safety.
