Staff Engineer, Platform & Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own and scale cloud infra for the platform (compute, networking, storage, data services).
• Lead BYOC and private cloud deployments for enterprises.
• Build IaC and GitOps foundations for safe, efficient deployments.
• Define service-level objectives; improve observability and incident response.
• Lead infra strategy for Postgres, Redis, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, and data systems.
• Oversee infra security and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, audits).

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in platform engineering, infra, DevOps, or SRE.
• Deep Kubernetes production experience and good judgment on usage.
• Experience with BYOC, private cloud, on-prem, or air-gapped setups.
• Advanced AWS; familiarity with GCP/Azure a plus.
• Strong Terraform skills and multi-account cloud architectures.
• PostgreSQL expertise; performance, migrations, replication, ops.
