Staff Engineer - Releases

📋 Description

• Own the technical direction and architecture of the releases platform across services
• Lead decisions on security, reliability, scalability, and immutable evidence and policy-gating
• Drive integrations with CI/CD and source-control systems to ensure accurate release information.
• Design systems for progressive delivery: canary, staged rollouts, blue/green, health-based
• Build and scale production tools supporting large engineering organizations.
• Investigate and resolve complex performance, reliability, and distributed-systems challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience operating production systems at scale, preferably with Go, Ruby on Rails, or
• Strong experience designing distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and containerized apps; AWS
• Experience with event-driven architectures, audit logs, immutable records, event sourcing, or
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL performance, replication, and scalability.
• Expertise in infrastructure reliability, observability, and production troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CD/CI platforms and release orchestration; progressive delivery skills.
