• Own end-to-end features across backend services, AI pipelines, and front end.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby/Rails, TS/Node, and Python services.
• Optimize APIs with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for performance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to deliver features.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead complex projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building web services/full-stack apps
• Strong hands-on experience: Ruby on Rails, TS/Node, Python
• APIs, PostgreSQL, performance tuning
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term quality
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
• AI/ML knowledge; Langchain/Langgraph desirable
