Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (GRC)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and review high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with business use
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into detailed technical designs, solution
• Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow GRC and Legal implementations, identifying solution
• Develop and review architecture and design documentation covering application frameworks
• Evaluate solutions for extensibility, scalability, security, user experience, performance, and
• Establish technical guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements throughout project

🎯 Requirements

• 5.5+ years of professional experience, with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow GRC and Legal modules and enterprise-scale ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI
• Solid experience with MID Server setup, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and enterprise
• Advanced scripting experience using JavaScript and Glide, along with Web Services such as REST and
