Staff Engineer, Site Reliability

📋 Description

• Manage and evolve AWS environment using Terraform, keeping EKS clusters, databases, and core
• Ship tested tools and services with runbooks and self-service workflows that other engineers can
• Build versioned, tested Terraform modules for least-privilege access, secrets, and workload
• Keep delivery fast and dependable across Engineering, integrating dependency and container
• Be the person engineers turn to when environments break; unblock them fast across local, staging
• Define service-level objectives (SLOs) and actionable alerting with engineering teams, using

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills with experience shipping and operating production-quality tools
• Experience building security into production systems, including controls for access, workload
• Deep hands-on Terraform expertise with ownership of IaC
• Proven AWS experience at scale - EKS, RDS, cloud networking, DNS, CDNs, load balancers
• Experienced operating Kubernetes in production
• Comfortable designing and improving CI/CD systems - CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or similar
