Staff Engineer, Systems

📋 Description

• Design and integrate solutions across Hivemind Vision and Mission Autonomy stacks in Australia.
• Collaborate with program leadership, system design, and development/test teams.
• Capture end-to-end system requirements for Hivemind Vision Systems and autonomy solutions.
• Develop system architectures spanning perception, autonomy, and workflows.
• Document and extend architecture models using MBSE tooling.
• Develop SysML/UML/UPDM models and connect models to codebases.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years systems engineering or related exp with a Bachelor’s; or 5 years with Master
• B.S. in a STEM field (Systems, Software, Aerospace, etc.).
• Experience with systems engineering practices, MBSE, and system-modeling workflows.
• Experience on cross-functional technical teams; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Clearance/export control eligibility (Australian NV1 preferred) or ability to obtain.
