Staff Engineer Team Lead, Simulation Infrastructure - Release

📋 Description

• Lead Release team for simulation infrastructure and validation.
• Own release governance, policies, and lifecycles.
• Define branching strategies and promote mainline first.
• Drive automated tests across pipelines and shift-left quality.
• Standardize release docs and governance across org.
• Collaborate with Autonomy teams to safely apply patches.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in autonomous driving or robotics release engineering or simulation
• Autonomy systems knowledge: Localization, Perception, Prediction, Planning, Control
• Technical leadership in cross-functional projects and teams
• BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with C++ and Python; strong CI/CD experience
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
