Staff Engineer, Web Growth & Conversion

📋 Description

• Own the technical direction and architecture of web properties focused on user acquisition, conversion, and subscription growth.
• Lead the evolution of marketing technology infrastructure, including platform migrations and guardrails for experimentation.
• Design and manage end-to-end web experimentation programs, testing and rollout processes.
• Improve web performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals for high-traffic platforms.
• Build scalable frontend solutions with modern tech, ensuring reliability across revenue-critical experiences.
• Establish engineering best practices around releases, monitoring, experimentation safety, and rollback strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building production web apps; 3+ years at senior/staff IC level.
• Hands-on Next.js, React, TypeScript for scalable frontend apps.
• Proven track record driving growth, conversions, or revenue via web platforms.
• Experience designing and managing A/B or multivariate experiments.
• Strong CRO principles; collaborates with marketing/growth teams.
• Experience with marketing tech like Unbounce, Framer, Webflow.
