Staff Engineering Operations Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead advanced break-fix troubleshooting for server blades and rack-scale infra.
• Support engineering bring-up activities, including component validation and firmware testing.
• Diagnose system-level failures—thermal, power, network, BIOS/BMC issues.
• Collaborate with server engineering to root-cause and propose fixes.
• Support deployment and validation of new hardware platforms.
• Interface with facilities to understand environmental factors impacting reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 12 years of experience with server hardware architectures and board-level debugging.
• Experience analyzing logs, telemetry, and power/thermal metrics to isolate failures.
• Hands-on experience with HPC systems, AI compute platforms, or rack-scale infra.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for fast-paced engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
