Staff Engineering Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take overall responsibility for delivering the product to production; including requirements
• Project management: Develop, publish and meet schedules, keep all stakeholders informed of product
• Project Execution: Manage the suppliers' (ODM, chip vendor, SW suppliers, etc.) product development
• Product Verification: Manage verification testing of product features and performance, including
• Customer and regulatory Certification: Manage qualification of products with customers and standard
• Documentation: Provide input for manuals, help files, application notes and tech support web pages.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in CS or EE with at least 7 years' experience networking related product develop
• In depth domain knowledge in Layer2 switching, Layer3 IP networking and Wireless 802.11.
• Engineering background with significant hands-on HW design and review experience in product
• Strong understanding of the development cycle and SQA processes of technology products
• Effective organization, project management and coordination skills; ability to get the job done.
• Ability and willingness to take ownership of product; get the job done with minimal supervision.
