Own, operate, and evolve the enterprise SaaS app portfolio across IT, HR, and security.
Lead design/implementation of integrations and automation workflows with stakeholders.
SME across HRIS, IAM, and related biz platforms; ensure secure, reliable apps.
Manage full app lifecycle: procurement, onboarding, upgrades, decommissioning.
Maintain docs: architecture diagrams, integration maps, runbooks.
Establish governance, change management, and release cadences; escalate vendor issues.

🎯 Requirements

7–9 years in enterprise app engineering or IT ops.
HRIS platforms: Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, SAP SuccessFactors.
IAM platforms with SSO, MFA, SCIM, and conditional access.
Workflow automation/iPaaS: Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray.io.
REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, SCIM.
Scripting: Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Bash.
