Staff Enterprise Developer Advocate

📋 Description

• Build and own an education-first Enterprise Developer Advocacy motion from pilot to repeatable
• Run education-first technical sessions inside target accounts tailored to each stack and use cases
• Partner with AEs, SEs, and CS to identify champions and hand off opportunities
• Maintain credible, non-promotional sessions and prove impact with data
• Instrument pilot, produce readouts, debrief with reps, and guide scaling decisions
• Define future playbooks as the motion proves out

🎯 Requirements

• Background in at least two of: developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education
• Comfort teaching to dozens of engineers and handling tough questions
• Hands-on technical credibility; you build, demo, and teach
• Strong operational instincts for running a repeatable program
• Typically 12+ years of related experience
• Able to travel ~25% of the time
