Staff Enterprise Technology Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the technical design and architecture of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, architecture
• Drive Salesforce architecture best practices across sharing and visibility, data architecture
• Own and improve the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, including Salesforce DX, source control
• Lead technical debt reduction, Salesforce org consolidation, large-scale data migration, and
• Partner with engineering, product, business, and architecture teams to identify dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of professional technology experience, including at least 6 years in technical solution
• Deep Salesforce expertise, particularly across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with conceptual
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture principles, including Sharing & Visibility, Data
• Experience with Salesforce DX, version control, release management, configuration management, and
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise architecture principles, with experience
• Demonstrated experience with large-volume data migration, middleware, ETL tools, API and platform
