📋 Description

• Lead experience design across consumer-facing products, creating personalized journeys that align with customer needs, behaviors, and goals.
• Own end-to-end experience strategies across multiple surfaces, including AI-powered interfaces.
• Develop experience frameworks for onboarding, repeat usage, subscription adoption, and household management.
• Create journey maps, narratives, flows, and concepts to align cross-functional teams.
• Define content structures, information architecture, naming systems, and interaction patterns.
• Establish experiential principles guiding customer understanding and emotional connection.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing complex journeys, end-to-end flows, and measurable impact.
• Deep expertise across UX, product design, content design, visual design, design strategy, and research.
• Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, content hierarchy, and experience consistency.
• Proven ability to partner with product and business leaders to define strategies and guide execution.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
