Staff Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Drive personalized journeys across consumer products in the core grocery experience.
• Lead end-to-end briefs across surfaces and modalities, including agentic interfaces.
• Define journey frameworks for first orders, repeats, subscriptions, and household.
• Shape content hierarchy and information architecture for clarity and visibility.
• Use AI-assisted prototyping and design leadership to align with design system.
• Mentor teams to think in journeys and emotions, not just screens.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years designing consumer digital products with multi-step journeys.
• Deep fluency in at least two design languages (content, UX, visual) and collaboration.
• Focus on continuity, cohesion, and brand differentiation; strong design systems.
• Partner with product leaders to guide multiple design disciplines through briefs and launches.
• Writer with storytelling, presentations, and decision-making frameworks.
• Experience designing for marketplaces/e-commerce/grocery/subscription with lifecycle focus.
