Staff Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end experiences across consumer products for personalized grocery journeys.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, Data Science, and Research.
• Define experience frameworks mapping journeys like first orders and repeats.
• Use AI-assisted prototyping to generate flows aligned with design system.
• Shape content, IA, and information architecture for clarity.
• Codify experiential principles into patterns and rules across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years designing consumer-facing digital products.
• Fluency in at least two design languages (content, UX, visual, strategy, or research).
• Portfolio showing multi-step journeys and end-to-end flows.
• Strong storytelling and executive-presenting skills.
• Proficiency in Google Slides and Figma; familiar with Claude Code, Loveable, Cursor, and ChatGPT.
• Experience partnering with product and business leaders across teams.
