📋 Description

• Advise on and support strategic deals and customer engagements, collaborating with Solution
• Serve as a company-recognized SME in one area of the Grafana Platform with deep knowledge across
• Craft and deliver compelling value-based stories to help the sales team technically close deals.
• Own end-to-end creation and curation of technical training content (workshops, how-to guides, demo
• Architect, engineer, and maintain a live production environment supporting demo, workshop, and POV
• Act as a key influencer in product direction, helping customers adopt newer technologies and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of related technical experience, including 2+ years in a Senior Field Engineer
• Excellent understanding of Grafana and associated technologies, with SME depth in at least one area
• Expert-level knowledge in at least one adjacent domain (e.g., IoT, AI/ML) beyond the core
• Created and maintained at least one product training asset (workshop, guide, or structured content)
• Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to
• Comfortable with at least one modern programming language, and strong understanding of the modern
