Staff Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Build, deploy, and run AI agents to automate workflows in production.
• Partner with domain leadership to align AI priorities.
• Identify opportunities where AI or automation boosts throughput.
• Design future-state workflows and cross-system data flows.
• Stand up agents and pipelines using approved AI platforms, APIs, webhooks, and CLIs.
• Run agents in production and monitor KPIs like throughput and cost.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python.
• Knowledge of LLM prompts, context, tools, RAG, and evals.
• Comfortable with a cloud platform and apply least-privilege security.
• Strong technical and business judgment; defend prioritization.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms (LangChain, AWS Bedrock) or model APIs.
• Background in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, SOX).
