📋 Description

• Owning end-to-end customer engagements by running discovery, architecting multi-cloud deployments
• Building complex data pipelines, models, and integrations across cloud data platforms to ensure
• Modifying Matillion’s underlying codebase directly when native platform features are missing
• Delivering fast MVPs by diagnosing customer problems and refining scope to accelerate platform
• Cultivating executive trust and acting as a cross-functional catalyst across Sales, Product
• Enabling customer self-sufficiency through training and clear handover docs for Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in production-grade software development and data integration; expert Python, SQL, and OO
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, data architecture, CI/CD, Kubernetes, secure networking, and
• Hands-on expertise in scalable data pipelines and platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift
• Disciplined use of AI tools across delivery; optional experience with production LLMs, RAG, and AI
• Proven background in customer-facing technical delivery including pre-sales discovery, hands-on
• Excellent communication with both executives and engineers during complex debugging; strong
