📋 Description

• In the field: scope data sources, architecture, and production path with the customer.
• Embed with the customer's data and engineers; build production-grade pipelines.
• Design and ship LLM- and agent-powered systems (retrieval, workflows, quality agents).
• On the platform: turn field learnings into reusable components (knowledge graph, retrieval).
• Build evals, tracing, and tooling to measure quality and ship faster on the next customer.
• Build for leverage: clean interfaces and reusable building blocks, not one-off code.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production software and data systems.
• Architect's instinct: turn ambiguous problems into clean solutions.
• AI/LLM depth: real systems with LLMs and agents; evaluate quality.
• Data engineering: pipelines in cloud platforms.
• Customer-facing: work with customer's engineers; run sessions; earn trust.
• Bias toward ownership and travel to customer sites regularly (~10-20%).
