• Track record: operated at Staff scope, shipped systemic frontend or product-engineering improvements
• Frontend craft: deep expertise in TypeScript, component architecture, state management, design
• AI-native practice: use AI coding tools daily, agentic workflows
• Product judgment: user experience focus, translate ambiguous workflows
• Systems thinking: reasoning across frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, observability, security
• Operating style: think in quarters and years, drive cross-team change
