Staff Frontend Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Work with engineers and leaders across the company to ship products on strong foundations.
• Build high-quality end-to-end product experiences for platforms.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling and processes.
• Develop and lead the team to execute against short- and long-term roadmaps.
• Make tradeoffs balancing business priorities, UX, and a sustainable tech base.
• Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects to scale and improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years frontend development experience with at least 3 years in React.
• Deep understanding of React patterns including compound, presentational, and HOC.
• Experience with caching or asynchronous state management for high-data apps.
• Strong knowledge in web performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility.
• Experience with cross-team collaboration and mentoring engineers.
