Staff Full Stack AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Work with client teams to scope and deliver full-stack apps from requirements to production.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web apps using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and cloud platforms.
• Identify and productionize AI capabilities: LLM integrations, RAG, agentic workflows, tool calling
• Build AI solutions with evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and cost/latency trade-offs.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to boost velocity while maintaining quality and maintainability.
• Implement IaC and automated deployment pipelines for scalable, observable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in substantial software projects with strong React front-end expertise.
• Advanced TypeScript, modern React concepts including hooks, Server Components, Next.js App Router.
• Experience with state management (Redux/Context/RTK Query).
• Strong testing with Jest, Vitest, RTL, Cypress, or similar.
• 5+ years building REST APIs/back-end services (Node.js, .NET, Rails, Go, etc.).
• Hands-on with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC.
