Staff Full Stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Own 0→1 and 1→N features across the stack.
• Architect core agent orchestration with multi-agent LLM workflows.
• Build AI-native UIs with React/Next.js for agent collaboration.
• Develop CI/CD for prompts and agents, evals, drift, safety.
• Ship fast with reliability: tests, docs, dashboards, alerts.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, AI, Design; turn ambiguity into shipped product.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with LLM/agent systems, evals, and prompt tooling; RAG, embeddings, vector DBs.
• Deep knowledge of event-driven systems, streaming, and workflow engines.
• Observability (OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Datadog), feature flags, or AB platforms.
• Background in enterprise security and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR).
• Bias to action: short specs, small PRs, daily deploys.
• In-person collaboration: NYC hub; whiteboards and long threads.
• High ownership: touch product, talk to customers, influence roadmap.
