📋 Description

• Define frontend architecture and strategy for scalable UI systems (React/Angular/Next.js/TS)
• Build demo-ready frontend experiences to communicate AI value to clients
• Define frontend standards and contribute to design systems
• Lead backend development and API architecture (Python/Node.js) integrating systems
• Design channel integrations across chat, voice, and web (real-time messaging, webhooks)
• Design DB schemas and optimize performance across relational and NoSQL
• Drive backend performance, security (auth) and reliability
• Lead monitoring, observability, and reliability across production systems
• Lead AI service integration into production full-stack (LLM APIs, streaming, RAG)
• AI-forward mindset using Claude, Cursor, and AI assistants to ship quality work

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering, with leading full-stack initiatives
• Deep proficiency in React or Angular with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong experience with state management
• Strong command of modern CSS frameworks and build tooling
• Backend development and API design in Python and Node.js
• Hands-on experience building channel integrations across chat, voice, and web
• Strong testing practices: unit, integration, and UI testing
• Relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and query optimization
• Microservices, event-driven systems, and message queues
• Cloud platforms and container orchestration
• CI/CD pipelines
• Integrating AI services into prod full-stack (LLM APIs, streaming, tool calls, agent flows, RAG)
• Build fast, high-fidelity frontend demos for non-technical audiences
• Polished UI with design tools like Figma
• Leadership and mentoring across a team
• Strong stakeholder communication across audiences
• AI-forward tools knowledge (Claude, Cursor) day-to-day
• Excellent problem-solving for ambiguous tech and business challenges
