Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build scalable web apps using Rails/Node.js/React
• Lead complex technical initiatives across multiple systems and teams
• Define and evolve architecture for long-term scalability and reliability
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services powering product features
• Improve systems for performance, maintainability, and UX
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building and shipping production web apps
• Experience designing and delivering large technical projects
• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks and component-based architecture
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership
