Staff Full Stack Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own full-stack product and operational initiatives from planning to production.
• Design and build applications with Python/Django backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
• Make architectural decisions for data models, APIs, integrations, testing, and security.
• Use AI tools across the development lifecycle and validate AI-generated output.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations to define measurable outcomes.
• Diagnose production incidents and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production ownership.
• Strong backend expertise in Python and Django.
• Proven experience with React and TypeScript for user-facing apps.
• Experience with APIs, relational data models, and third-party services.
• Strong understanding of testing, security, reliability, and failure handling.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Celery is advantageous.
