Staff Fullstack Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the development of critical platform capabilities and provide technical direction.
• Own complex initiatives from concept to delivery and align with leadership on roadmap.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations, and cross-functional teams to improve functionality and UX.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards while guiding architecture decisions.
• Build scalable full-stack features across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years contributing to system design or large-scale technical decisions.
• Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript/JavaScript on frontend and Node.js on backend.
• Proficient with React and modern frontend development practices.
• GCP experience including scalable services; BigQuery experience a plus.
• Experience with MongoDB; strong testing discipline (unit/integration/e2e).
