📋 Description

• Architect agentic systems for People Tech workflows using LLM orchestration.
• Define the pod agent platform strategy: patterns, tool calling, retrieval augmented pipelines, guardrails.
• Integrate Workday, Greenhouse, ADP via Unity Catalog and MCP interfaces.
• Set the technical bar: review designs, establish standards, lead architectural reviews.
• Mentor engineers and translate agentic capability into business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with 2+ years building production LLM or agentic apps.
• Fluent Python; hands on with LangChain LangGraph CrewAI AutoGen Semantic Kernel.
• REST and GraphQL APIs, event driven patterns, and SaaS HR and HCM integrations.
• Experience with Databricks and Spark; building AI apps on lakehouse or warehouse.
• Technical lead: drive architectural decisions, RFCs, and raise quality across teams.
