Staff Fullstack Engineer - Data Products

📋 Description

• Architect data ingestion and syncing into the Knowledge Graph.
• Coordinate Jira, observability tools, Zendesk, ServiceNow integration.
• Design the Data Marketplace for Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery.
• Publish observability data via OpenTelemetry and data APIs.
• Define operational readiness for GitLab.com, Dedicated, Self-Managed.
• Mentor senior and intermediate engineers through reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning end-to-end product/platform systems at staff level.
• Strong fullstack skills: Go, Ruby, and Node.js.
• Depth in reporting/metrics or data warehouse integrations (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Hands-on data ingestion, integrations, or data access capabilities.
• Experience operating multi-tenant SaaS and self-managed environments.
• Strong judgment in ambiguity and tradeoffs; ability to create clarity.
• Clear written communication for architecture proposals and design records.
