• Govern and monitor agentic behavior by implementing the four-pillar maturity model across our
• Architect for the agentic era, ensuring systems can discover and secure all agents, including
• Enforce secure access and least privilege for agents through capabilities like Agent Gateways and
• Drive continual evolution in the adoption of AI-native development practices, helping the team
• Proactively identify and prioritize tech debt; drive improvements in areas beyond feature work -

🎯 Requirements

• Operates well beyond basic AI tool usage - understands how to apply AI meaningfully across the full
• Proven experience defining scalable backend architectures and integrating complex APIs with modern
• Solid understanding of web authentication and authorization fundamentals - how auth flows work, and
• Deep expertise in building highly reliable, secure, enterprise-grade software using Java or another
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with the ability to navigate and contribute to the frontend
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, with experience designing and operating
