📋 Description

• Own delivery of key features; clarify requirements, design, implement, ship.
• Build and maintain reliable services for AI features in production.
• Define quality metrics and automate testing where possible.
• Run experiments, interpret results, and drive product improvements.
• Improve deployment automation, monitoring, incidents, and cost/performance.
• Mentor teammates via design feedback and code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering.
• 3+ years building production software in product teams.
• Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong software fundamentals and system design.
• Hands-on coding in Python and/or TypeScript; APIs and data pipelines.
• Cloud, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability; ownership of quality.
