Staff Global Supply Manager - Indirect

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end indirect procurement for software, SaaS, services, and IT.
• Develop global sourcing strategies and run RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
• Manage a portfolio of indirect categories to scale with Aurora's growth.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, IT, and People to align procurement.
• Collaborate with Legal on contracts to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Drive process improvements and implement playbooks, templates, and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement, with software/SaaS focus.
• Proven track record in complex negotiations delivering savings.
• Strong analytical skills with cost modeling and TCO.
• Executive-level communication for financial and leadership audiences.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech with evolving procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, Finance, or Engineering.
